  • Strong citrusy aroma with the traditional peppery and spicy cilantro taste.
  • Cilantro is best served raw in many traditional Tex-Mex dishes, including salsa, fajitas, tacos, and quesadillas. It can also be added to Asian dishes, including spring and egg rolls, along with seafood such as lobster and crab.
  • Cilantro pairs well with tomato, citrus, ginger, peppers, chicken, lamb, avocado, and whitefish.
  • Stays fresh for one to two weeks when unwashed and kept in a refrigerated container.
